Dr. Hamati specializes in the surgical and non-surgical repair of hips, knees, shoulders and the spine, as well as the replacement of hips and knees. Patients may be experiencing chronic joint pain, low back pain or discomfort from a spinal deformity, or pain due to a previously failed joint replacement procedure.
In addition to surgical procedures, he applies non-surgical techniques to treat everything from sports injuries to congenital disorders such as scoliosis, and degenerative diseases affecting the bones and their surrounding muscles and joints.

Dr. Hamati is a very good listener! I'd had prior shoulder surgeries, but was still in a lot of pain. He said that my x-ray looked great and that I had good ROM. When I repeated that I was not able to sleep, he listened and ordered a CT scan. I needed another surgery. Dr. Hamati had a lot of work to do and I didn't have much left for him to work with, but he fixed all of it!
