Julie Greene, CEO of OAM and Muskegon Surgery Center (MSC), put out a call for help for Ukraine and the response was overwhelming!
A truck filled with medical supplies donated by OAM and MSC physicians, as well as physicians from the Bengston Center for Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery in Grand Rapids arrived in Hamtramck this week.
Supplies are held under the supervision of the Ukrainian American Crisis Response Committee of Michigan before being loaded onto a plane headed to Ukraine.
In all, six different surgery centers responded with donations. Special thanks to Progressive Building Services who also donated impervious gowns and disinfectant.
